This is one of the most bizarre structures I’ve ever seen.

Thanks, I have been enjoying this recent set of photos myself. And no kidding, it can be a little bit spooky out there sometimes. I am spending a lot of time at the very periphery of the city, in places where there’s rarely anyone else around. I’ve got a really loud whistle, though, just in case I get lost. : )
Yeah, I still haven’t figured out whether this was someone’s house or just a kid’s fort. I’ve found other areas like this that I will be uploading photos of soon. I was walking past an abandoned station wagon in the woods the other day, with broken windows covered in garbage bags, looking half burned out. As I walked past, the door opened and a woman started to get out. Damn, I got scared!

You’re right Dalton… it does look bizarre! It almost looks like someone has made a makeshift home out of the surrounding materials.
Not to make you paranoid or anything like that, but I sure hope you are looking over your shoulder every now and then.
Btw, good looking series of images… interesting area.
