There had been a big fire here. I think someone probably stole a large boat, beached it, and set it on fire. There were little charred bits of fiberglass everywhere.

    fun place to walk around – I was out there a month ago, too.

    met some interesting characters in the reeds….

    the shore line along that inlet is nice.
