Fulton and Duffield Street
This is the same corner seen in this photograph. As you can see, I’ve learned a bit about scanning and Photoshop processing since then, although I still see room for improvement.
I was amazed at the jump up in quality when I moved from 35mm to medium format, and even more so with the jump in quality when I started shooting large format. After shooting LF for a couple of weeks, this medium format image looks somewhat primitive. Of course, it may have to do with the quality of light and the camera I was using, but I think it’s hard to go back now that I’ve seen what large format is capable of.
