Pacific Street
This photo is a recent favorite, I like the film-noir inspired feel. Sometimes I have a good feeling when I take a picture, and this was one of those times—I just knew it was going to come out nicely.
Smith and Bay Street
This was taken on the very last block of Smith Street in Red Hook. It’s a very quiet block, I had plenty of time to set up and think about this photo before taking it. Those moments are my favorite as a photographer; it is when I most get lost in the process, and take my best photos.
Shopping Cart, Brighton Beach
Shopping carts are a cliche, but I’m OK with that.
Fulton and Duffield Street
This is the same corner seen in this photograph. As you can see, I’ve learned a bit about scanning and Photoshop processing since then, although I still see room for improvement.
